On the admin side, their invoices were correct and came in on time with no surprises.

Would I hire them again? Absolutely.

SEA Construction is THE best!  In 2017, I had two bathrooms remodeled.  Steve (owner) and Kelly (designer) came to give me an estimate.  They patiently worked with me on the final price.  Everything was

itemized so it was easy to delete and add-on. If a work was not necessary, they took it off the bill. Ethan (project lead), was a gem!!! Excellent at what he does, caring, and truly detail oriented. All of the crew members treated my property and me with respect.  We had few issues but Ethan was on top of the situation every time, handled it so I never had to worry.

2019: half-bath remodel.  This was another successful remodel. Happy as I can be. I've  asked Ethan to fix couple of other issues and they were all handled just like our first project. Exceptional work every single time. I wish I had more houses to remodel. Thank you guys!

Peninsula Siding was thoroughly professional and answered all of our questions.  Due to the fact that this was a costly project (the whole house didn't need new siding), we had a lot of questions i.e. matching the old siding, installing plywood where there wasn't any, etc and they answered all our questions and the final product came out great.  The quality of their work is very good, I would recommend them if you want to get the work done right.  They also recommended an electrical contractor that they use since I was putting in outside lights and cameras and again, the contractor did great work!
